Please ensure that you choose your products carefully as we are not obliged to exchange or refund for change of mind.
If you purchase an incorrect item or have a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item back to our store. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Special Circumstances
Incorrect shipment (due to our error)
- We will only exchange an item in the event of receiving an incorrect shipment from us due to our error.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please contact us immediately to rectify the situation.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will arrange for our contracted courier to ship the item back to our store at our expense.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your 'incorrect' item. We will then process the correct item for shipment to you at our expense.
Unavailability - out of stock
We will refund or credit you should the item your purchased be discontinued or out of stock.
If you choose to be refunded, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working days (minimum).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

IN GENERAL Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons our products are exempt from being exchanged or refunded.
